Asian Media Access (AMA) is proud to announce the successful completion of its first e-Magine Initiative training program on May 13, 2025. This groundbreaking program, designed to empower participants with generative AI and digital marketing skills, concluded with an impressive showcase of talent, innovation, and real-world applications. The 13-week intensive training brought together a diverse group of learners who explored the intersection of creativity and technology, leaving with tangible portfolios and the confidence to thrive in the digital landscape.
The e-Magine Initiative curriculum provided a comprehensive foundation in AI-driven content creation and digital distribution. Trainees learned to use generative AI tools for writing, graphic design, video production, and podcasting, while also mastering social media strategy, SEO, and influencer marketing through platforms like Hootsuite and Google Analytics. The program’s hands-on web development training—from domain setup to WordPress—enabled participants to bring their visions to life.
The trainees’ accomplishments speak volumes about the program’s impact. Participants built 21 fully functional websites, including a sourdough bread business site, a grandparents’ memory archive, and an original game design project, as well as launching an educational book. They demonstrated remarkable skill and creativity throughout the program. One standout trainee’s post about the “bamboo ceiling” for Asian Americans resonated widely, amassing 43,902 likes and 478 shares, proving the power of digital storytelling. Each participant also developed a professional AI-generated portfolio, featuring images, videos, podcasts, and diverse postcards and infographics, all integrated into their personal websites.
A celebratory awards ceremony on June 17, 2025, will recognize outstanding projects and officially close this first chapter, with plans already underway for the next cohort. For more information, contact amamedia@amamedia.org.
